I’m happy to say I have a long history with Becky Striepe‘s e-book (and now book), 40 Days of Green Smoothies. Way back in 2012, I reviewed 40 Days and hosted my very first giveaway ever. Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup frozen banana
  2. 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  3. 1-2 tablespoons of fresh parsley
  4. 1 cup vegan milk
  5. 1 tablespoon tahini
  6. 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  7. 4 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.

    My go to smoothie combination is frozen bananas (always! for added creaminess), with a chai spice mix (cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg). Then I top with tons of shredded coconut!

    My go-to is frozen banana, berries (any kind), coconut water, kale or spinach or some other green, a splash of hibiscus tea (always on hand), a squeeze of lemon or lime, and a pinch of green stevia. Always works for me.

    My go to smoothie always includes frozen bananas. I buy them when they go on sale at the store. From there it can be anything but my favorite is melted vegan chocolate and a touch of sweetener.
